The Impact of Racial Diversity on Innovation: the Moderating Effect of Organizational Context

چکیده
Integrating three different explanations regarding the mixed effects of diversity, the current study used a sample of 297 large organizations to examine the joint effects of diversity, employee involvement, and decentralization on innovation. A significant three-way interaction showed that diversity and employee involvement jointly increase organizational innovation only when the organization also adopted a decentralized structure.
